The Schwerter Senfmühle is a traditional family business from Schwerte. The mustard business was taken over by Wilhelm Adrian as early as 1902, and in 1923, the double roller mill, still used today for grinding mustard seeds, was acquired. In 1999, Frank Peisert took over the historic millstones and accessories and continued the mustard mill.
