The store

Hindiba Studio opened in late 2020 in Munich – in Lehel, between Isartor and Maximilianstraße. A place where culinary culture, craftsmanship, and design come together.

The idea behind it is clear: slow food and slow design.
All products are carefully selected – with a focus on origin, quality, and artisanal production. Many come from small producers and family businesses.

A special approach of Hindiba Studio is the connection of three culinary worlds: Europe, Turkey, and Japan.
Different traditions that complement each other in taste and open up new perspectives – from Mediterranean classics to Turkish specialties, and Japanese teas and ferments.

The assortment is created through personal selection and targeted combination.
Many products are chosen so that they can be combined with each other to create new taste experiences. Chefs and connoisseurs also discover products here that are rarely found elsewhere.

The focus is on taste.
The selection does not follow trends but a fine sense of quality, balance, and character.

Many products can be tasted directly in the store. Regularly, tastings for wine, tea, and matcha also take place – as an invitation to get to know and consciously experience new flavors.

In addition to food, the assortment also includes curated wines, ceramics, and design objects from small manufacturers.

Behind Hindiba Studio is the idea of not just offering products, but placing them in a tasteful context.
