Important Information for Deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK)

Orders shipped to Switzerland or the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and other import charges.

We have no influence over these charges and cannot provide information regarding their amount.

Please contact your local customs or tax authorities before placing your order.

Alcoholic beverages are sold exclusively to persons who are at least 18 years of age.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

Hindiba Studio reserves the right to carry out appropriate age verification measures. Alcoholic beverages may be delivered by a shipping service requiring age verification. In this case, delivery will only be made after successful proof of age to an authorized recipient.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

Further details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once their seal has been removed or the packaging has been opened. This applies in particular to food products and food supplements.

10. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

If a product is defective, you may contact us at any time.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):
