Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
