This pasta comes from Mancini in the Marche region – one of the few producers in Italy that exclusively processes its own durum wheat. Different wheat varieties such as Levante and San Carlo are specifically combined to ensure the precise structure and elasticity of the pasta.

Made from their own durum wheat and gently processed, this pasta bears Mancini's signature: precise, structured, and reduced to the essentials.
