The Kamoizumi Shusen "Three Dots" originates from the traditional Kamoizumi Brewery in the well-known sake region Saijō, Hiroshima. It is a full-bodied premium Junmai sake with a surprisingly elegant depth. The name "Three Dots" refers to the calligraphic inscription on the label and symbolizes the brewery's individual signature.

On the nose, earthy aromas of autumn leaves, wild mushrooms, and forest floor dominate, while on the palate, the sake is complex, mild, dry, and has a present umami structure. A sake with character – authentic, approachable, and unique.
