Wild Honey - Dandelion Blossom Honey Demeter (250 g)
At an altitude of around 1000 meters, nestled in biodynamically cultivated mountain meadows, this dandelion blossom honey from Demeter beekeeping is created.
The dandelions here only bloom for a short time each year – an intensive phase that gives the honey its characteristic, pollen-rich expression.
The bees collect nectar on untouched meadows. The honey is gently processed, thus preserving its original character.
Taste
Finely sweet and sour with delicate floral notes.
Creamy in texture and aromatic in expression – typical for this rare spring harvest.
Production
Produced according to the guidelines of biodynamic Demeter beekeeping.
The honey is gently spun, not heated, and only coarsely sieved, so that its structure and natural components are preserved.
Origin & Apiary
Produced by Demeter beekeeping Wild Honey (Herbert Rappel, Mering near Augsburg).
Depending on the season, the beehives are located in selected natural regions of Southern Germany, including the Allgäu.
Pairs perfectly with
Fresh bread, cheese, yogurt, fine salad dressings or light spring dishes.
