The aroma reveals fresh, green-spicy basil with a slightly ethereal note. On the palate, the herbal freshness combines with a fine nuttiness and a subtly salty depth from Grana Padano and Pecorino.
The texture is creamy, slightly grainy, and remains stable, allowing the pesto to blend evenly with warm dishes without feeling heavy.
